Question about Anal SPS accessories

I recently bought an accessory to kitbash my avatar with and I've got some questions about it.
Basically, at normal times the anal entrance is usually obscured by the butt right?
How do erp players go about this? Do they have physbones on the butt to make it grabbable?
Or is it like a toggleable blendshape? I feel like it's kinda moot if you install an anal model
but you can't see the entrance. Anyone got experience with this?
