Whitelisting BitTorrent magnet links, which is more resistant to removals. BitTorrent can also use HTTP sources as fallback if there's no seeder.

Excellence25 Seeds require community participation to remain active, which I think isn't a bad idea. However, most of the files are likely not part of the Unity package itself, and to avoid waste, these files will likely be discarded after decompression.
An additional BitTorrent tracker is clearly needed to track whether a seed has become completely inactive due to a lack of users hosting the files.
Overall, this is worth considering and has been added to the plan.

there are public trackers, its not necessary unless you mean private ones that tracks who seeds who doesn't but which would require more effort.

I've noticed some errors in my previous statements, let me clarify:

Because BitTorrent relies on seeders to keep files active, and most of the time the files are provided in compressed format or as .unitypackage files (which are essentially also compressed files), users need to decompress and import these files into Unity. After importing them into Unity, most users will likely delete the compressed files. If they want to keep anything, it would probably be the .unitypackage file or some full set of compressed packages. This results user will not join as a seeder.
The vision of P2P is indeed excellent, and I'm not looking down on P2P. This method significantly increases the cost of taking down distributing files. My main point is that users may not necessarily be willing to participate in the distribution network to accelerate downloads for others.
However, we can give a try.
We want to inform users about the file status before they download it, which would save them time and prevent them from wasting time testing whether the download link (cloud drive or BT) is valid. This requires us to implement a system to achieve this.

I'd like the ability to request an update for an existing asset. Currently, if you try to request something that has already been updated, the website rejects you from doing so. However, models update over time, and sometimes multi packs of outfits may have certain additions made.

For example, the upload for this pack later got updated to include Milltina, but the current version of the upload doesn't contain her. But since it's already uploaded, I can't request it through the tracker.
