yes im not able to get to the dl

if anyone has the direct link to those links i posted id appreciate it as im not able to access it otherwise it keeps giving me that screen :/

doclan yes i have tried logout and in and it still occurs. i even went to the non modified browser profile (ad blockers, plugins, dl accelerator add-ons etc. the vanilla factory default profile) and its the same thing. this also occurs on other browsers as well. chrome, edge etc. i have a small video file showing what is going on exactly. i did not video capture other browsers as its fairly obvious whats going on. i noticed this happening ever since Tuesday Sept 2nd if that's any help
